Street parking on Woodland Avenue requires a city permit Monday through Friday; the on-site owners can help guests navigate that process.

The Woodland Ave Studio is a well-appointed ground-floor studio at the front of the house, windows that frame the tree-lined stretch of Woodland Avenue just outside. It’s a compact but complete space — a Queen-size bed, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishware, a shower bathroom and a flat screen TV. Comfortable for one, workable for two. The light-bathed studio suits guests who would rather feel part of the neighborhood than tucked away from it.
