Each unit is fully furnished and move-in ready — linens and kitchen equipment included, wifi connected, mailbox assigned. Out back, a private garden offers a calming place to unwind or socialize with neighbors. At the garden level, a shared laundry room means no laundromat runs — a detail that makes a long stay considerably easier. Street parking on Woodland Avenue requires a city permit Monday through Friday; the on-site owners can help guests navigate that process.
The Garden Studio is the quietest unit in the building, with a view framed by so much greenery it barely feels urban. The unit is thoughtfully divided — a wood-floored kitchen and dining area on one side of a half wall, a carpeted sleeping and living area on the other — giving it a defined, settled quality that most studios lack. A loveseat is positioned to catch the garden light while the queen-sized bed stays sheltered from it, making it perfect for a long, dark sleep. The kitchen is fully appointed with a dining table that doubles as a work area.
